With the improvement of people's living standards and gradual liberalization maternity policy, infant care education are developing in a refined personalized direction. For students related majors vocational colleges, society has higher requirements for their professional skills. Therefore, students' practical skills can no longer rely solely on last year's internship. In teaching process, we must expose to real working environment as early possible improve theoretical abilities.
